I have been practicing most of the above for more than 15 years and started my journey to deepen my knowledge to be qualified to share my experience and help others deepen theirs as well. I am a big believer that we are here to evolve, learn and grow, that is best accomplished with the help and experience from others and mindful presence.

On a certain level we are all vibrating. Sound shifts our vibration. The pure tones will purify, and the harmonies will harmonize. The bowls vibrations elevates one’s perspective offering new possibilities to a meditation practice as well as the rest of the day. Like a spa day for the spirit, you will leave the meditation in an atmosphere of serenity.
Often each note will resonate in a different part of the physical body. Especially when the flood of sound from the bowl is loud, the simultaneously physical and energetic experience is undeniable. Feeling the crystal bowls’ vibration is so unique and profound that it completely encompasses the listeners’ attention. Other thoughts are simply not present. Once established in that stillness of mind, then the practice is to abide in that state as the crystal bowls slowly quiet again.
Enchanting and peaceful, crystal singing bowls produce resonate pure tone notes that start soft then grow quiet loud. The vibration they emit affects the physical, mental and subtle bodies. The sound is so resonate that people actually feel it rushing through them, calming them, and quieting the mind.
Yoga therapy
Yoga is a broad practice that encompasses physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and ethical guidelines. It aims to promote overall physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Yoga classes can vary widely in style, intensity, and focus, and are often tailored for general wellness.
Yoga Therapy, on the other hand, is a personalized and therapeutic approach. It involves adapting yoga practices to address specific health issues or conditions. A yoga therapist assesses an individual's needs, considering their physical, mental, and emotional health, and designs a customized program to support their healing and well-being. Yoga therapy often integrates knowledge from both yoga and modern medicine.
While private yoga sessions might feel similar to yoga therapy, the key difference lies in the intention and customization to address specific health concerns. Yoga therapy is more focused on therapeutic outcomes and often involves collaboration with healthcare providers
In a nutshell:
A private yoga class focuses mainly on movement (asana sequence), breathing and meditation tailored to the client’s specific goals.
Yoga therapy is a comprehensive approach, including ahara (nutrition for wellness), vihara (recreation and relaxation for wellness), achara (routines for wellness, including asanas, breath work etc.), vichara (mindset for wellness: thoughts, emotions, view on life), and vyachara (relationships for wellness) - all of these used together manage client’s specific health condition(s), or a specific goal (e.g. reduce anxiety or anger outbursts). It is also about the therapeutic rapport between the yoga therapist and the client that is being developed, where the client is in charge of decisions and actions along their yoga therapy journey.
A yoga therapist can use the client’s koshas and kleshas to focus on a specific area and help the client develop smart goals for therapy. Also yoga therapy includes homework, where clients continue practicing and embedding yoga principles and practices in their life.

Flow Arts is a general term used to describe the intersection of a variety of movement-based disciplines including dance, juggling, fire-spinning, and object manipulation. The broad category Flow Arts includes a variety of pursuits that harmonize skill-based techniques with creative expression to achieve a state of present-moment awareness known as Flow.
Common forms of Flow Arts include Poi & Staff spinning, hula hoop (or “hooping”), juggling, sphere manipulation (or “contact juggling”), and fan dance. New props and expressions are emerging all the time as flow artists cross pollinate with martial arts, yoga, circus, belly dance, and beyond.
